With NCLC 9 in all four abilities of your first official language, skill transferability gives the top rate: up to 50 points for education and 50 for foreign work experience.

French bonus points

At NCLC 9 in all four abilities you qualify for the French bonus: 50 additional points if you also have CLB 5 or higher in all four English abilities, or 25 if your English is CLB 4 or lower or you have no English test.
